The Warfstache Shop is your lifeline in Project Lunky. Run by a suspiciously chatty NPC sporting Wilford Warfstache's iconic pink mustache, this shop appears between levels and offers upgrades that can make or break your run. Here's every item, its price, and the optimal buy order.

Pink Mustache Shield
Absorbs 1 lethal hit per room
Warfstache's signature item. The pink mustache icon appears above your head when active.
Tiny Box Tim Companion
Follows you, collects nearby coins
A tiny wooden crate that auto-collects coins within a small radius. Adorable and useful.
Lunky's Revenge
Double damage for 30 seconds after taking a hit
High-risk, high-reward. Pairs well with Health Boost III's passive regen.
Best Buy Order Strategy
Early Game (0-15 Coins)
Health Boost I → Damage Up I → Speed Boost I. Survivability first, then damage to clear rooms faster, then speed to dodge.
Mid Game (15-40 Coins)
Damage Up II → Pink Mustache Shield → Speed Boost II. The shield is a safety net for portal transitions where enemies can ambush you.
Late Game (40+ Coins)
Tiny Box Tim Companion → Lunky's Revenge → remaining tier III upgrades. Tim's auto-collect lets you focus on combat while passively earning coins.
Warfstache Shop Easter Eggs
The shop NPC has some of the funniest dialogue in the game. Warfstache will:
- Comment on your death count if you've died more than 5 times
- Reference Markiplier's "Was that the bite of '87?" meme if you buy the damage upgrade
- Occasionally speak in Portuguese (a nod to Lixian's Portuguese threats)
- Break the fourth wall by mentioning he knows he's in a game
